Toshiba built in webcam problem... HELP

i jsut got my laptop yesterday and i use MSN and Skype. last night the webcam
work for both applications but now since i restarted teh computer the camera
says LOCKED BY ANOTHER APPLICATION.. how do i fix thsi error???

Hi,

Check with Toshiba for a firmware update. Also check programs loading at
boot for one that may be taking control of the camera and disable it. You
can run msconfig or windows defender/software explorer to look at this.
