Toshiba Bug?

Can anyone help. As part of work had to visit toshiba's
web site in Japan
http://www.toshiba.co.jp/worldwide/index.html. Now can't
get rid of URL. Have done usual delete history/cookies
etc but everytime go to type in web address the toshiba
URL comes up.

Try resetting the home page:

* Click Start, run, type INETCPL.CPL and click OK.
* Under General tab, click Use Blank button.
* Click OK.
