top 5..10 rows from a table

If I have an Excel sheet with for instance 4 colums:

Mach Subassy time loaction
A1001 C001 10 a
A1001 C002 5 b
A1001 C003 25 c
A1003 C004 45 a
A1003 C005 15 b
A1002 C002 35 d
A1002 C006 15 e
A1002 C005 15 f
A1002 C004 25 a
A1002 C001 75 v

I need a result below the table as:

A1002 C001 75 v
A1002 C002 35 d
A1002 C004 25 a
A1001 C003 25 c
A1002 C006 15 e
A1002 C005 15 b
A1001 C001 10 a
A1001 C001 5 b
A1003 C004 45 a
A1003 C005 15 f

Thus sorted on time and under the condition of selected mach (first A1001 &
A1002) and automatically. I need the top 5..10 rows results on time with
their belonging data.
Any idea how to tackle this problem with some times equal time figures and
though 2 or 3 different row results.

Any suggestion is much appreciated.
