Hi
I have created a query that returns the top 5 Faults in a department
along with the area responsable for the fault and the count of faults
ie Missing area1 100
Missing area2 78
Missing area3 65
Missing area4 19
Missing area5 10
Damaged area4 56
Damaged area3 48
Damaged area1 35
Damaged area2 21
Damaged area5 10
Failed area1 121
Failed area5 119
Failed area2 89
Failed area3 64
Failed area4 52
Broken area1 92
Broken area4 75
Broken area2 60
Broken area3 52
Broken area5 35
Chipped area2 62
Chipped area3 26
Chipped area5 19
Chipped area1 19
Chipped area2 8

what i want to do is filter this down to the top 3 for each fault, the
name aof the fault could change week by week so i cant look for a
specific fault
