What happened to the Tools menu? Are you using a custom menu bar? To
restore a menu, right click the menu bar, click Customize, click the
Commands tab, select Built-in menus from the left pane, then drag Tools from
the right pane to the menu bar.
Is that a question or a statement? What do you mean "when the database is
