Default Menu Bar

While thinking I was editing a custom menu bar, I have actually edited the
main Menu Bar, resulting in being unable to maintain any of our databases.
Does anyone know of a way to regain the default Menu Bar short of
reinstalling Access?

Have you tried Tools>Customize (or R-Click menu>Customize), Toolbars tab>
Select "Menu Bar"> Reset?

I'd deleted Tools, Customize from the menu, but didn't realize it remained
