Tools-->organize missing icons..please help

Hi there.
When i click tools-->organize, i get the menu with missing icons--> red X
like in the web.
All explorer settings are set to default.
here is a screenshot:

i would appriciate for any help...
note : some of the text in the screenshot is in Hebrew.

Have you tried detect and repair? a new mail profile?

Hi. Thanks for replying.
i've tried both with no success.
Any other suggestions? (I've also tried to install again after removing as
should with offclean and registry clean).

Sorry for highjacking this thread but i have the same problem, i've
requested help elsewhere but my posts are not getting answered.

Did this issue get resolved, if so what was the answer please?
