Have Outlook 2002 - sp3, Windows 2000, sp4. When I go to Outlook tools,
options, the dialogue box does not fully open. Cannot see the right side
boxes the change or view any settings. However if I place the mouse cursor as
close as possible, i can get the action boxes to open.

You might try changing your display resolution to something higher - at
least temporarily. Control Panel | Display | Settings (if I recall
correctly).

Try running Detect and Repair from the Outlook Help menu. Make sure you have
your Office installation CD handy.

Happy Monday!

The resolution or the Outlook Detect/Repair did not work. Any Other
suggestions?
