Tools for Generate Chart

Hello:

I would like to setup a web server that can display the Servers performance
data chart. Does any tools that can generate it?

I have try to download the rrdtools but it was very difficult to me. Does
any example or any other utility that can help me to build these kind of
chart in Windows platform?

You could try Microsoft LogParser.
It can generate many types of charts with a little help from Office.

It is free and available for download at Microsoft.com.

Note: I think only the latest, LogParser v2.2 beta supports charts and it
was (and might still be) only be available to Technet subcribers.
