Toolbars Setup

Every time I open IE 6 I have to setup the TOOLBARS the
way that I want it to look. Is there a way to save it so
I don't have to do it over and over?? I used the "Lock
Toolbars" option every time I changed it and it works
until when I close IE. When I reopened IE the previous
setup is gone and the original setup is back...
