Toolbars -- Remove

I always remove "intelligent explorer" and "search"
toolbars when I open a new browser, but then they come
back again next time. Is there any way to change the
default, so I don't have to do it each time?

ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted
menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from
the system entirely. It is advisable to run Ad-Aware scan
(www.lavasoftusa.com), if the toolbar entries are not removed.
