Good Morning to all,

I have created special toolbar's which I put on the left side of my screen
vertically, the folders are located in my document folder.

After I run a registry cleaner (tuneup utilities 2007) they disappear and I
have to add them again. Has anyone encountered this issue? Is there a script
that I can create so that this can be automatically recreated?

Winxp sp2 and all updates.

TIA

Thanks for your response, but why exactly am I screwing up my registry? Do
you know what a registry cleaner even does?

To see a discussion of why most professional computer techs (including
me) do not recommend registry cleaners:

Or do a search on Google Groups for "registry cleaners" and constrain
the search to microsoft.public.windowsxp.general.

If you have used a registry cleaner, undo whatever you've done from
within that program and see if your toolbar problem is solved. If not,
because you used a registry cleaner all bets are off. Try running the
System File Checker.

Start>Run>sfc /scannow [enter]

Duh, if it wasn't screwing up your registry, why did you make your
original post?

You created a tool bar and then ran a registry cleaner. The tool bar
disappeared. Doesn't that tell or indicate something to you?

I DO, apparently YOU don't. Valid registry entries are being removed by
your so-called "reg cleaner" mal-ware. Delete that software, and you
won't be having problems with the registry.
