Toolbars disapeared

ALL my toolbars disappeared on both new and existing files.
I've searched helps,and theis forum to no avail.
Please help.

I had searched, but couldn't find anything.
I thought I was going to have to uninstall and reinstall.

Ironically, because Word actively tries to preserve settings, reinstalling
almost never fixes anything. Most problems need to be fixed in other ways.
