Toolbars and Menus

I have created an application and have a custom toolbar and menu. I have made
the file a MDE file to protect it but the menus do not show up on other
computers. I am doing something wrong but cannot figure out what?

One way: Right click on the menu bar area and select the custom
toolbar/menu.

Another way: In a form's Property dialog box, on the Other tab, enter
the names of the menu in the Menu Bar property and the tool bar in the
Toolbar property.
