toolbar

My toolbar disappeared from Windows. I do not even have File, Edit, View,
etc. Any suggestions?

Hit F11 on your keyboard or right click on the Toolbar and make sure the
Standard Buttons is checked and lock the Toolbars is checked too.

It is missing in every program. Ever since I tried to install RoadRunner Homepage, everything is messed up. Thanks, Carol

All I have at the top of any program I open is the bar with the minimize,
enlarge, or close boxes. I cannot click on file, edit, view, favorites, etc.
They are not there. How do I get them back.
