toolbar

my toolbar is now on the left side of my monitor used to
be on the bottom. the tool bar with the time and email and
so on how do i get it back to the bottom of my screen?

You should be able to just 'grab it' with your mouse and drag it back down
to the bottom of your display.

Note: you'll have to 'grab it' on blank portion of the toolbar.
