Toolbar Position

Hi all - I have office 2003. My problem is that the
toolbars never stay in the same place when swithing from
view to view. Or databases for that matter. I am a
creature of habit and like things to be in the same
place. Is there a way to set the toolbar(s) to lock into
place?

I have the exact same problem. It is especially difficult to explain to
all of my database users that they have to rearrange them in a way that
is logical. I have been trying to find snippets of code to build and
position the toolbars programmatically but with no luck. If anyone has
found a good solution to this or a web link that would point me in the
right direction I would certainly appreciate it.
