Toolbar Keeps Resetting

I change the order of toolbar buttons, but they revert to default after
quitting and rerunning Windows Mail. Any way to fix that?

No, you can't reinstall just Windows Mail.
There is a rather tedious 'Reset' procedure for Windows Mail, but
given that it is a dead end product, you might as well upgrade to
Windows Live Mail:

Unfortunately, my many Word macros don't work with Live Mail and I just can't
rewrite them again. But I wanted to say thanks for the response, Gary.

You're welcome.
If Word macros won't work with Windows Live Mail, they probably
won't work with Windows Mail either. The code base for those two
email programs is very similar.

They do work with Windows Mail... I just can't easily get the same results
saving a Word doc as an email message in a predetermined location, then open
it for review/modification using Live Mail. Once that's been figured out, I'd
have a lot of searching-and-replacing to do.

I'm not a pro at this so it's a lot of stumbling around.

I think what I was trying to do was feel sorry for myself.

Just that I've been through it and found there's too much for me to do if I
wanted to switch to Live Mail. And I've never gotten use to Windows Mail
bouncing from the folder pane to the message pane... put a lot of miles on
CTRL > TAB. But I can't even do that in Live Mail.

Long way to go to say I can't switch. Just wanted to say thanks for the
suggestion.
