toolbar is gone...gone

I have been having problems with pop ups, and was able to
remedy this with HP's suggestion of unclicking most of the
items in the msconfig start up menu. Now I don't have ANY
navigation or address line in IE 6. I reinstalled IE 6,
but still got no toolbars. Any ideas?

Did you expand it to fullscreen (F11 key)?

Deletes the following registry key; Resets Toolbar, Addressbar positions to
