Toolbar in Win Xp

My WinXP always display duplicate toolbar at the botton of the screen. Pls
advice.

Hi ... What are you saying ?? That you see twice the size of your toolbar or
that you can view 2 of the same programs ( icons ) running ???
 
Hi It is not the icon but the whole toolbar. Eg if i open 1 application, as
there are 2 toolbar, i will see 2 application icon there.

To Remove a toolbar from the taskbar , right click an empty area on the
taskbar , point to Toolbars, and then click the toolbar you want to remove
to clear the check mark
 
And if all the checks are removed and I STILL have two exact copies of the
toolbar? (Delete is not an option that comes up on the menu. I created
another duplicate and it had the option to delete, but neither of these do.)
