Toolbar Icons not visible

Hi,
in the thread "Toolbar icons invisible Bug in PPC2003 SE" I found that there
is a bug in Windows Mobile 2003 which should be resolved in .NET Framework
1.0 SP3. So I downloaded the Service Pack and installed it on my local
machine. After that I distributed to my pocket pc wiht noe effect. The icons
where still not displaied.

I am using the described workaround but this is not really satifying.

Any ideas, hints, experiences?

OK, my mistake.

....but why did this work since now (that means as long as I used Pocket PC
2002)?
