Toolbar Icon display not correct????

In some application (Kazaa, Flashget, ...) toolbar icon
display not correct. I try to reinstall but it can't
repair. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you speaking of the notification area? If so, right click a blank area
on your Desktop/Properties/Appearance/Advanced/Caption Buttons and set it to
18.

If that is all well, try the edit on line 4:
