Toolbar EULA

Hello I just got Vista and so far it is going fairly well I just have one
question concerning this Toolbar EULA it is a pop-up that appears everytime I
log into the computer and it states "This program cannot display the webpage"
and I've clearly tried to remove of this but alas it refuses, any help is
greatly appreciated thank you.

What toolbar? If you bought a computer from HP, Dell, etc. then this is
probably a third-party toolbar installed by the OEM. If you don't want
it, uninstall it - along with other OEM-installed cr*p and trial
versions you don't want.

It doesn't work to uninstall it....

GO to C:\dell\E-Centre and you will see a fouror five references to Dell. You cannot delete them all but the two that you can will get rid of Toolbar Eula. Restart computer
