toolbar and toobar buttons

I tried to capture all the mouse event on a toobar
I would to check whether a mouse click are on the toolbar or the tool
buttons.

is there any method to do this?

Just add a handler in the normal way. Mouse events that are not in the
buttons are generated as you would expect.

Sorry, I found that the mouse events are send to the Toolbar instead of the
ToolBarButton...

But I want my Toolbar receive mouse ONLY when it is NOT clicked on the
toobarbutton..
