toolbar and menu bar disappeared from windows explorer

Somehow, my windows explorer window no longer displays
the menu bar nor any of the toolbars. Does anyone know
how to restore the menu and toolbars?

It's probably in the Theatre mode. Tried pressing F11?

If that does not help, reset the toolbar layout using this fix
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/ToolbarRepair.Exe

Choose "Windows Explorer" and fix it.

Thanks, that did it. I had to rearrange the toolbar
again but at least now I can access it.
