Toolbar Access Key for 'Month' Doesn't Work

I've now reinstalled Outlook 2003 (11.8118.8132) SP2 three times.

In Calendar 'mode', I can use Alt-underlined letter as a keyboard access key
for Day, Work Week, Week, and any other button on any toolbar... except for
the 'Month' button.

Alt-M doesn't select that Month view. I have this licensed on other
computers and they work fine. What the heck?

TIA for any help.

Sounds like you have something installed that is capturing the Alt-M key
stroke. At least, that's my first guess.

Try Outlook in Safe Mode first (Start - Run - Outlook /safe), since I can't
think of anything that uses the Alt-M key stroke where you could go and see
if it works in that program. Well, the Windows Live toolbar in IE7 will do
something when you hit Alt-M.

Thank you.

I can't find anything that might be interfering.

This might be an XP OS question, but do you know if there is a central place
where you can see all of your shortcut keys? Perhaps somewhere in the
registry?

It's not XP, otherwise it would have never worked. And no, there's no
'general repository' for shortcut keys currently listening.

Since you saw fit to remove all the text that went before, you'll have to
excuse me if I ask you to do something you've already done:

Start - Run - outlook /safe and go into the calendar and try then. Does it
work?

Do you have the Windows Live toolbar installed in IE?

This was the problem. How did you know? I uninstalled and all is well. Thank
you!
