tool tips in form

i was wondering if there is any way to fix some tool tips into a form
label...i t would be usefull if i could have informations about a field when
i was point on it with the mouse...

Turn on the properties window
(from the menu --> View, Properties )

click on the control

click on the Other tab in the Properties window

change the ControlTip Text property

Is there a way to use ControlTip Text in datasheet view? I have a subform
that is in a datasheet view and I would like to include explanations for each
field as a Control Tip. I set the ControlTip Text property but when I tested
it the text wouldn't come up. Any ideas?
