Category,Kewords,Comments.
anybody know?

The Windows XP search companion itself can do the task for you. Simply type
the file name, and then the phrase (the summary information / keyword /
comment etc) and then click search.

By default Windows XP's search function filters out files to search in based
on file extensions.

Alternately, try the free Agent Ransack utility, it searches for text
strings in *all* types of files, and not just in a selection of "approved"
file extensions as the built-in search does.

I try it, and is true, but how I restrict the search to File Properties
instead search all content of files?

I try, but it seem that File properties (Keywords, comment) is ignored!

I have no idea how to accomplish this. But will keep looking for solutions.

With Office 2003 (maybe other versions too), start Word and use:
File > Open

In the "Open" dialog box, use:
Tools > Search

In the "Search" dialog box, use the "Advanced" tab.

There you can search for files by property values.
