tool bar

Some how a new tool bar was downloaded and I can not get
it off of my computor. ToolBand Module?
What is it? ToolBand.DLL
c:\windows\system32\ojqin.dll
I ran Microsoft AntiSpyware it found it but
can not remove it,
Can anyone help?

Did MSAS say that it couldn't remove it? Or did you try and it is still
there? Did you use MSAS after rebooting into Safe Mode?
