Tool Bar Problem

Something has happened to my toolbar and it does change to reflect whether I
am viewing or designing a query properly!

Any ideas?

Right-click on any visible ToolBar or the MenuBar and select Customize ...
In the Toolbars tab of the dialog, click on the name of the problem ToolBar
and then hit thre "Reset .." button.
