tool bar and url bar disappeared

my IE browser has no tool bar and address bar.
All it display is only the window title bar with min, max,
close icons and the content of my home page just beneath it.
I will not be able to surf into any other web page nor i could
select any menu (view, search, go..).
I tried removing the IE5.0 from my PC and installing whole
new version 6.?. it's the same.
I will appreciate any help from any one.

This was answered in another newsgroup.

If you must post identical messages in more than one newsgroup please
crosspost, i.e. please place all of the newsgroups in the Newsgroup field of
one message, separated by commas. That way when someone reads the message
in one newsgroup it will be marked as read in all of them. In addition, an
answer posted in one newsgroup will generally show up in all of them.

This is usually not necessary since most of those who answer posts read
more than one newsgroup.
