too many recipients in distribution list??

I have MO 2002 and have been having alot of problems with
distribution lists. It will send if I only have 10 or so
recipients, but not if I have 40+ or so. (It has an error
which states "Too many recipeints") Is there a limit to
the # of recipients you can include in a distribution
list?

Have you checked with your ISP to make sure it's not them limiting the
number of recipients you can send for on a single mail message?
