TOO MANY DIFFRENT CELL FORMAT

I am material planner, so easy to do my work i create formula at Excel 2003
and link (1 file- 41 sheet, 2.8 KB) and (1 file-14 sheet, 500 KB) together..
my problem is file for 2.8 KB everytime i am want do something adjustment @
edit, it always show "TOO MANY DIFFRENT CELL FORMATS" error.so this area i
cannot do anything.. Is that any limit for worksheet in 1 file? so how to
settled my prblm and any suggestion.
