Too Many Contacts Folders

I am using Office XP Pro. I recently bought a new
computer and moved my old hard drive to the new computer
using it as a backup drive. I reinstalled Office XP Pro
on the new computer's HD and copied my .pst files from
the old HD to the new HD. All my old contacts are
present in the contacts folder. The problem I am having
is when I click on the address book icon in the "To.."
box to send an email to one of these clients, I receive
the following error message:

"The contacts folder associated with this address list
could not be opened. It may have been moved or deleted."
I click "ok" and then the screen goes to the "Select
Names" box.

The problem, I believe, is in the "Select Names" box. I
have discovered that in the "Show Names From" drop down
box, there are two "contacts" listed, plus an "Outlook
Address Book". The "contacts" on top is empty and
the "contacts" at the bottom is my original contacts
folder. I think Outlook is trying to open the
top "contacts", which is the empty one.

Can anyone tell me how to delete all but the
correct "contacts"?
