Too Many Active User error?

This is a new one for me. Could someone explain why all of a sudden users
are getting a pop up in their database stating "Too Many Active Users."

We have roughly 30 individuals using it, and have been for about a month now
without this issue. This started occurring after I compacted and repaired
the backend.

Any help please?

Just a guess, but I would say the LDB file is corrupted. Get everyone
out of the database and if there still is a LDB, delete it.
