toggle toolbar for xp pro

I am would like to use the old toolbar layout/format of Office XP on my
OFFICE Enterprise? Is it possible without having to purchase it through
Microsoft.

There is a free Starter Edition available of Ribbon Customizer (see

Tabs" (see
