Toggle Quoted Printable On/Off

Hello group!

Is there anyway to toggle the MIME encoding for individual messages from Off
to Quoted Printable on an individual message basis?

At the moment, when I want to compose a new message that contains a long
URL, to prevent it from breaking, I turn on Quoted Printable by going to
TOOLS > OPTIONS > MAIL FORMAT > SETTINGS before I compose the message and
then do this again to turn QP off. Could a shortcut button be placed on the
toolbar or perhaps there may be a key combination?
