tocproto links don't work in discussion group

I went to the _disc/tocproto file and added a picture above the
"insert form results here" line. I decided I didn't want it, so I
clicked "undo". Then, when I published the page again, the results
didn't show up at the toc page at all!! I still have all the postings
when I go into the ftp folder, but for some reason, the form results
don't show up at the proper place, so all that's there is a blank
space.

I've tried to recalculate links, but that didn't do the trick.
Any ideas?

You might check out this link. I think it says in there somewhere that you cant edit the tocproto.htm pag

Yes, I see that it works properly, but I've lost many weeks of posts
that have already been made. These posts are still on my webspace. How
can I get them back in the toc file?

I clicked "view source" and looked at that. I was thinking maybe I
could relink them through html.

Once they are gone, they are gone forever
If the old posts are still there you can only manually add them as includes in the tocproto.htm

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
That's not the response I was looking for...
guess I'll have to go in manually and add them. I can always open it
with frontpage and edit the dates so they'll reflect the original post
date.
