TOC Page Numbering

Hi
How do I create a TOC that specifies page numbers if a topic is two pages or
more? I have tagged Heading 1 for TOC1; and would like the TOC to display
beginning page number and ending page number:

i.e. Heading & then if topic is spans over 1 page see item= Topic 2)

Topic 1 1
Topic 2 2 - 3
Topic 3 4

That is just not the way TOCs work. By convention a TOC shows the beginning
page of a chapter, section, or topic, which is assumed to continue up to the
point where the next chapter, section, or topic begins. There is therefore
no way to make Word's TOC field do what you want.
