TOC by category Web component: Can I modify Webbot output?

I've got a series of pages using the TOC category Web component, and the
lists are going to get a little long. I'd love to have the list output be
bulleted, but I have no idea where to begin. If I bullet the component code,
I just get one bullet, and then the list. I'd like each title in the list to
be bulleted.

Is there some way to modify the webbot to get a bulleted list?

one trick I like to do with FrontPage's TOC component is let it run, preview
it in a browser, highlight the list of links and copy it, then return to
FrontPage, select the TOC component and paste the browser version over it.

now you will have a list of your pages that you can edit and it's a lot
faster than doing it by hand.

That's pretty handy, and I would definitely do it that way if it were my own
site, but I'm handing this off to a client. I'm not sure they'll do the copy
and paste.

Any way to just get it bulleted from the get go?

it appears as a bulleted list and it's straight out of FrontPage (I don't
think I even did the copy/paste trick)
