i need to secure my data base that no one change the design and edit just
read and understand about my reports i need to know how i can secure my data
base from another users that just read and see not edit and Add some thing,
and just some can enter in form not edit the design i need compplet in
formation i hope you will helpme

You accomplish this by implementing user level security. It requires study
and practice to get it right.

I suggest you practice on a copy of your database. Once you understand it,
you can set permissions on groups and control whether they can change the
design, edit/add/delete data, etc.
