to run one application remotely

I have got an application which I don't want to distribute among users
but I would like them to play with it remotely. User enters some ip
address in the browser and gets an access to the application.
I was thinking about some applet or ActiveX to enable a remote launch
of my application on a remote pc when I saw that there is Remote
Desktop feature available with MS.
I'm not sure that this is what I need exactly but maybe I'm wrong.
Could you please answer the following questions:
- can I restrict the access to the only one application (looks like i
create an account with the rights to run only one appliation)?
- can I have multiple users logged in (looks like no)
- may be, my case should have another solution - can you advise me
something else?

Enable Remote Desktop and then create a folder with a shortcut
to the Application..
