In presentation or slide show?
In presentation, press Ctrl-Z to undo, or select the picture, click Format >
Picture.
Select the size tab, click reset. Click OK.
In slide show, if the grow/shrink effect is start: "On Click", you can press
the backspace.

I don't think there is a hot key for this (although there might be one I
don't know about), but you can click on the picture, choose Picture from
the Format menu, click on the Size tab, and hit the Reset button.

Right click the image, select format picture from the dropdown menu and
under the size tab insert the original values.

For presentation, click on the last icon (Reset Picture) of the picture
toolbar.
