What Heidi probably meant is that most of the companies from the list (all
of them, actually) are from United States. It will require some efforts from
her to legally move from UK to work in US. (For more details on working
visas, go to www.immigration.com)

Heidi, check Insyde Software, Inc. They say they have partners in the UK,
Germany.
