I have Outlook 2003 set up with IMAP folders. When i send a message it
automatically stays in the Sent folder on the loscl .pst file. Since I need
everything online, i move all of the Sent items from the local folders to the
Sent folder on the server. Except the "To" field is not populated, so i cant
find a specific emails. without being abler to know who an email was sent
to, I cannot continue to use this software. any suggestions?

thanks, roger

for?

IMAP folders all use the Message view, which includes the From column
instead of the To column. If you want to see the same columns as you see in
the Sent Items folder, then set your view to the same view that folders
uses: the Sent To view.

This forum is a peer-to-peer forum. Microsoft employees rarely, if ever,
frequent the newsgroups. Sometimes people won't see your posts or might not
have a chance to answer, or might not know the answer, in which case,
they'll not post.
