Is there a way to enter a data from a form to a same field but in tow
different table. These two table will be in relationship.

Don't.

Relational databases use the "Grandmother's Pantry Principle" - "a place - ONE
place! - for everything, everything in its place." As Steve says, you should
store a value once, and once only.

Perhaps you could post a brief description of your tables, how they are
related, and what you're trying to accomplish.
