to display arabic Language

Dear all:
I have created my Image with English Support;
Now i want my Xpe system to display Arabic Language in Internet
Explorer,and without rebuild my Xpe Image.
Anybody know how to do this ?

Please install MUI packs for Arabic also.
I don't know whether you can do that without rebuilding the image.
