to disable group policy

i create a new policy in my local server to disable iexplore.exe files,but by mistaken i select "run only allowed windows application" instead of "don't run specified windows application"
so now the problem is the systen doesnt open any exe files except iexplore.exe in any user or admin account.
i need help.

You should be able to connect to this machine remotely and delete the
registry.pol file from the User section of the Group Policy. This
would prevent the policy from applying to any new machines. To
reverse the policy on existing machines you would need to modify the
file from another domain controller and then put it back.
