Tnl???HELP!!!!

Ive been trying to get this program to run on my computer
for quite a while.At first it had 3 or 4 problems
running,but i had those fixed.Now i have one problem
left.When i run the program it says"Failed to recognize
Hardware TnL".What does it mean?E-mail me plz!!!

Considering his email address and some forums I've visited, he's trying to
run Final Fantasy XI. That Hardware TnL problem is the exact error that game
displays when you try to run it without a video card that supports it.
Basically it means you need to get a new video card that works with the
game; yours doesn't.

What version of DirectX do you have installed? (see DXdiag.exe)
What graphics card do you have?
Does it pass the DxDiag Draw tests ?
