Tne End Program window at the closing

Every time I turn off my computer, a End program window always pops up,
saying that the McLspAsyncWindow is not responding... And I have to close end
now to close it and then the computer would turn off. This never happened
before but keeps happening now for weeks. How would I fix this?

Any chance you are using MS Voice recognition? Google found this post back
in 2003...

Otherwise perhaps try search the registry for "McLspAsync" to see if it
appears connected with a particular program.
